it would be interesting to hear their take on the delays in getting this project of the ground.

What ever happened with Hatch's value engineering study announced back in 2018, as it sounds like they were looking into a methodology very similiar to what Western is currently building.

Was there any "Reasonable Timeframe clauses" in the contract between Encanto and Muskowekwan First Nations, as this has been tied up for more than a decade and surely there are other potential partners that would like a kick at the can?
