The members of the MFN are owed answers and the folks at Encanto, and Mr. Reggie Belerose should be front and center willing to answer those questions!

Concerns raised in 2011 still appear to be concerns 13 years later, but all the money invested in this project appears to have been spent, so where does that leave the JV agreement as far as the MFN stands.

ESG appears to have acquired 22.96% of the MRL project in 2020 for $7.3 million, so how and where were those funds allocated as there has been very little activity in the last 4 years, despite a period of record high potash prices.

Did anyone attend the AGM? I noticed they wanted to talk about approving more share consolidation. With all the things posted recently and the lack of any good news for years it's hard to see a situation where there is any positive.

c8916, there there are certainly concerns especially related to previous dealings that transpired:  "On February 17, 2022, the Company converted outstanding payables owed to Horgen Holdings Inc. against a promissory note of $10,276,550 payable on or after September 1, 2023 with monthly interest of 6% per annum. The Company recognized a loss of $34,644 at the time of debt conversion

F2022, it is amazing to me that the First Nations and Metis Fund Inc. managers or the current MRL board havent taken a deeper dive into this, as their initial $3 million investment is now worth a tiny fraction of that amount. This 2021 financials report does not take into account the 1:5 consolidation in Sept 2023 leaving them with 258,000 common shares.  At .04 cents the value of those
