EQUBE ANNOUNCES A LONG-TERM LICENSING AGREEMENT WITH CANADIAN BANK NOTE (CBN)

eQube Gaming Ltd. has entered into a long-term licensing agreement with Canadian Bank Note (CBN) to distribute its proprietary-specific side games. This exclusive agreement includes an upfront licence fee and revenue-sharing agreement with CBN and gives eQube access to the Ontario market from Jan. 1, 2020, until Dec. 31, 2029.

CBN will also be able to distribute its innovative products outside of Ontario in Canada and in other countries, providing eQube access to other markets through revenue share.
