Florida needs a great deal of help in so many ways and I don't want to detract from its desperate situation. ... One huge need is for wireless service. ESTW is based in Florida and constructs, installs, and maintains much needed wireless service to help in Florida's recovery.
The company, after a severe and serious "rejigging" has been pared back considerably and is a much tighter stock at this point;  also, with some recent funding (but still in desperate straits) could very well be positioned to reap the benefits of government funding (federal and state) to aid Florida, be ready to help right now, and utilize some trained crew to enhance wireless communication especially in 5G networking.

Somewhat of a risk at this really low stock price, but I am not ignoring the potential for a huge increase.
I believe it will start very soon and continue until at least january 2023....maybe beyond.

Very surprised that last weeks events did not jump start this stock.
