I think we will all be surprised with the initiatives early in the New Year and these .08 and less shares will be considered a gift. With a mkt cap of under $4m CDN and a good chunk of that in cash on the company books you aren't paying much for their properties and (upcoming) mining and renewables royalty parnerships.
