Be glad you don't own SLI instead. ETL is the real deal. The did a little bit of housekeeping last year, but in my opinion, they could do one more this year. Other than that, I think the current mgmt is fine. Not perfect (one or two decisions that I don't understand), but the mgmt is far superior to 98% of the garbage companies that are listed on the Venture.
