We have to check on Insider Selling twice a day, every day.  Be sure to vote against any future granting of options.

Changes in management are necessary.

Be glad you don't own SLI instead. ETL is the real deal. The did a little bit of housekeeping last year, but in my opinion, they could do one more this year. Other than that, I think the current mgmt is fine. Not perfect (one or two decisions that I don't understand), but the mgmt is far superior to 98% of the garbage companies that are listed on the Venture.
