Other Directors Insider Trading

Mr Pantazopoulos had 44,00 E3 shares at the start of 2023 and now holds 263,200

Mr O'Hara had 400,00 E3 shares at the start of 2023 and now holds 345,000.

Mr Stashin had 300,00 E3 shares at the start of 2023 and now holds 350,000.

Ms Cattelan received 300,000 options (or was gifted with 300,00 shares) in October 2023 and now holds 305,500 shares.

I have ignored Mr Varshney as he left the Board in 2023.

Again, I don't see a problem.

Typos Mr P started 2023 with 44,000 shares,  Mr O started 2023 with 400,000 shares.

Varshney sold all the wall to the high before the PP was announced.  He was late reporting some of those sold shares I believe.  To exclude him is ignoring the biggest problem I've seen, the huge short before the PP was announced, highest on the exchange by far.

Mr V stock sales were a problem that E3 dealt with. I agree that the $ 3.55 desperation share offering before the pilot plant results were ready was a costly mistake the started the drop in share value.

There was a half hearted investigation on what happened prior to the PP.  If it were to get serious in the future I would expect a different conclusion.  It wouldn't surprise me if Varshney was posting positive on this board in order to get rid of the rest of his shares.....seems like quite a bit of information that would be hard to obtain has posted here.
