A good day

I'm not one to throw bouquets to management, but getting things to this point is an accomplishment.  Hopefully share value becomes more of a priority but otherwise they are taking the necessary steps.

Chris emphasized that the PFS was the major piece to complete before any deals could be made, so now the rubber is about to meet the road. It's time some of those Board additions paid off, like Sonya Savage, and US military connection and the Tina add.  Let's get some funding without dilution.  At $6200 per tonne this is money in the bank.

The stage is set for a POSCO or IOL to step to the plate with major capital, maybe in conjunction with a Fed deal not unlike the many battery plant investments from the Fed's? Many possible structures but IMO something will happen on the capital front during second half of this year

Something tells me E3 is talking with Jonathan Wilkinson, minister of Energy and Natural Resources with regards grant money for the project. It's a trailblazer of a project, and Canada is determined not be be left behind.

Any thoughts on the LHM price they used to make it work? That's the only part I'm a bit uncomfortable with. In the PEA, It was around 14000 $USD/ton if my memory serves me correctly.

They used an average price of $31344 over the life of project (50 years) but I don't know the starting price.

Could not find the Prefeasibility Study on Sedar+ yet.

Assuming a normal distribution of the price, that would mean they started at 15500 $US/ton with a price increase around 2.5%/year...
