If it's about the Slovakian licenses and is as Geizja suggests you have to ask how much lower could the share price go, since the company must be worth at least as much as its current capitalisation as a shell, so I will not be selling even if the Slovaks have turned down the licenses. Like the last time, there will presumably be an appeal, so such a decision would by no means be the end of the story here. However, let's hope that the suspension is because the company has some other news to announce.
