RE:RE:European Uranium – Commences Legal Proceedings in Slovakia

RE:RE:European Uranium – Commences Legal Proceedings in SlovakiaThe thing to note is the following statement: "If successful in the proceedings, it is the view of the Company’s advisers that Ludovika would be entitled to compensation. EUU and its Joint Venture partner Forte Energy NL have invested in excess of 25 million Euros in the Kuriskova Uranium project. This would be the starting point for a compensation claim." and rightly so in my opinion. The money spent on exploration has significantly enhanced the value of the resource, which is probably the best undeveloped uranium resource in Europe, so 25m Euros is the starting point for any claim which would be underpinned by the Memorandum of Understanding with the Slovak Government. Assuming EUU received 50% of that it would be worth over 10 times the current market capitalisation of the company. That's why its partner Forte Energy's shares rose well today on the UK stock market...yet here we had a seller. You couldn't make it up!
