what the heck is he trying to do now? is he trying to say vote for me, I have something in the pipeline. Today is last day of voting. He comes across as very sneaky to me............TOO MANY HALTS nothing for shareholders' value...... giving the shares back to us would have been the better scenario. Not keeping it so he can have salaries for years to come. I VOTED NO.

the deal is off, get ready for the next deal. this going to be a Quebec like referendum or neverendum till they get what they want anyways.....

the deal got voted down, so they will come up with a new deal. you have to give them a couple of days. so, just take it easy and wait. but in the end they will get their way. so, if you don't like EUU just sell the shares and move on, its not worth to get upset with this company. i am sure you have better things to do....

They will never get what they want. He would be stupid to try this again. Give the shares to  the shareholders and it will pass. I think pine tree might have something to do with result.

regulations prevented them from giving away the shares to the share holders, and they say they'll come with a new proposal, perhaps that includes getting around those regulations. who knows? we will see how this soap opera will end..........

It isn't true. When I talked to them, there is a hold period. Their reasoning is so lame, they are afraid shareholders will sell during the hold period and get in trouble by the regulators. The last deal was his assurance that he has funds for the company and screw us in the process. He better not full this stunt again or the bigger shareholders will kick him out for good.
