RE:Thank you Whatshisface

RE:Thank you WhatshisfaceI am just pointing out my observations, as I always do. I used to own EVE. A lot more than most people I'm sure. Bought 60,000 @ .45 cents and another 140,000 @ .30 cents.

So I had roughly $70,000 worth. Lost a good portion of it selling @ .24 cents. No big deal, I have more money to invest.

I was like all of you. Pro-EVE and I believed that this would be the primier woman's cannabis brand.. Turns out that went to 49 North. That was the first sign...

Then Aphria went to hell (former shareholder from Dec 2017 - January 2018).

And sure it was a short-seller that blew up Aphria, but I am not one. I cannot short or buy options through my account...

Aphria just opened my eyes up to the fact that these crooks do exist out there. I am a fairly new investor (4 years in the game) so I, like many of you didn't understand the game. I still don't, but I am at least one step closer.

Don't take my word for it, there is a lot of Euphoria around this stock, judging by the positive opinions by people on this board. That is great...

Why did I get out of EVE?

#1 - PEOPLE - Risking your money is one thing, but giving to a group of people with a bad history is a big gamble.

#2 - NO SALES LICENSE - EVE can grow but they can't sell at the retail level. Therefore they have NO revenue. A big red flag for me considering Weed has been legal for almost 3 months.

#3 - NO REVENUE - Eve has no revenue so will obviously be posting a loss on their next quarterly. No legal sales = No revenue.

#4 - MANAGEMENT - If EVE has the ability to sell to other LP's (ie Canopy, Aurora, Hexo etc.) why haven't they at least started distributing wholesale flower to these companies? Sure it's not the strategy EVE hoped for, but it would bring in at least some Revenue.

Melinda has no history as the CEO of  a publicly traded company as far as I can tell. I also wondered why she would associate with Ravi Sood.

But as another poster pointed out, it was probably sign the deal or miss the boat completely and EVE chose to sign the deal, most likely thinking that funding would come and keep the company a float.

Problem is that EVE will run out of money, or they will have to raise more cash. This may come at the expense of current shareholders in the form of a dilutive bought deal. (inevitable in my opinion.)

#5 - GREENHOUSES - Growing in a greenhouse in a cold climate limits how many crops can be harvested in one year. The maximum crops is 2. And of course these crops would be succeptable to mold and insects as all greenhouse crops are.. The problem with this, is that Eve won't be seeing a big crop until the Fall of 2019. Can they maintain operations for 11 more months? with no sales?

There are so many red flags here. The writing is on the wall, you can chose to read it and listen, or read it and ignore.

But im my honest opinion, anyone who is pumping the stock right now, is most definitely looking for an EXIT. I wouldn't believe to much about what EVE says until they start executing, and we haven't seen any of that yet.

I guess we will have to wait until monday and see what happens...
