once they run out they will probably push the price up to 40....42 cents so they can convert the 33 million warrants they hold at an exercise price of 35 cents. I'd be floored if they are. From the beginning, it was either these guys finance or we do not have a public company. Also probably not the best terms in order to get this company going, but once they can manage with their own cash flow, properties and other assets, they then can upgrade to an institution with more favourable terms etc. Personally been there, done that with something similar, so that would be a huge red flag if they go this route again with such a raw deal. IMHO, this was all done just to get started.
