I hope most posters here understand that HC is involved with many industries and not singularly dedicated to this sector and the issuing/denying of the requisite licensing. Patience, the answer is forthcoming. All things considered, if Eve exists tax loss season at current levels, I take that as a positive. A couple of pennies one side or the other should not concern anyone with a 12-24 month time horizon. Cheers
