there is no way anyone can get 46,000 litres of oil (10,000 gallons) from 9200 kgs of dried flower
10,000 gallons of water is 100,000 lbs. oil is lighter. So maybe 90,000 lbs
9200 kgs of flower is 20,000 lbs

just does not add up
