HC should have implemented a quota type system, everyone would have made money, attention could have been focused on those approved rather than on new applications .....

Now there is too many approved, most are suffering huge costs.  I feel bad for those who saw the opportunity and took a chance to lose everything they had because we cannot enforce our own laws here in ontario.  

They have no problem harrassing the law abiding - or at least thoise trying to obey the law.  Yet they do not go after the blatant illegal activity that is holdonmg back many good companies.  I voted for Doug - i hope he not only opens stores but also closes a bunch.
