RE:RE:MMCAP
RE:RE:MMCAPThat article is old news. If it weren't for companies like MMCAP, half of these companies wouldn't get any funding and wouldn't be here today.
I wouldn't be too worried about EVE and MMCAP. There relationship will be coming to an end soon. I also like how EVE moved away from this type of funding and towards financing from big banks, unlike other companies who continue to dilute and continue to deal with shady hedge funds. Also, good financial results and quarters will help EVE cut the cords from the puppet master(MMCAP).
I believe it's only a matter of time before EVE starts to fly, more of a medium term investment. We'll have to wait a few months but once more Quarters start to come in validating Eve's game plan and showing that we are financially stable and can deliver results

Interesting indeed and yet there are still morons who put money in these stocks thinking theyre going to come out ahead. No doubt more than a few will say that stories like this are a conspiracy by short sellers but although the story is near two years old the fact remains that Auxly has totally cratered, Rifici has poor reputation that precedes him and nearly all these stocks that got into bed with MMCap have seen retail investor wiped out. This just proves how bad securities regulation needs reforming in this country to prevent these kinds of shenanigans from going on
