I hope you relaize there are more then hurly workers salries in running a 1.2 million sq foot operation.
ask around 1.2 million is on the low end. But like many others on here, clueless when it comes to MJ operations

You actually need some concrete numbers to support your subjective opinion or is this your way of explaining tricky accounting to the seasoned investor. Not bad though as you have left a $800k on the table so that pretty much covers the company-right ?
Back to the preparing fries as your 15 minute non paid coffee break is over now, do the employees at facility work 8 or 10 hour shifts and do they get paid double time on weekends, you seem to have left that off as well.
