Based on Rpizzle post on licencing requirements both on the German and Canadian side, and the speed at which HC delivers licenses, I do not expect any shipment before Q1-Q2 at best... meaning no significant appreciation of SP before second late 2021 early 2022...

Looooong wait... especially for people as me who have been in the stock since Sept. 2018...
