RE:RE:Expect at least a dozen pot companies

RE:RE:Expect at least a dozen pot companies Tilray's CEO called it perfectly ! 1.0

First of all there is absolutely no training provided for any position, you are just expected to know how to do everything, they make you read "SOP's and sign off on them without having seen any of the equipment.
As a labourer you are moved from department to department on a daily sometimes hourly basis, with no training or told what their expectations are and you don't even know who the supervisor or person incharge is.The heat is unbearable and you are told to suck it up. There do not provide the proper breaks for heat as is written in the green book. When it finally is break time you have to eat in the hot green house as there is no cooling room for nyone except management. They say they want suggestions and then you are told to be quiet and mind your own business. They will scream at you forany reason they are fit, infront of co workers or anyone within screaming distance. If you ask for anything to do with health and safety you are told they can't afford to buy it it's too costly. If you are not a favorite you are treated like garbage under their shoe....worst place I have ever worked.
Pros
None
Cons
Management is horrible, extremely hot, plants are moldy, greenhouse is overrun with aphids.

Yeah. This statement fits EVE to a perfect T and a reason why this stock is the mess it is and why this management is rolling the dice on everything in Germany.  Fact is that none of these penny pot stock 'executives' understand the first thing about business even if they have expertise in cultivation like Melinda. Others come from entirely different business backgrounds and believe their skill set is easily transferable to this sector and then there are many more who have no idea what the hell they're doing and only got into the racket to make a fast buck like the hucksters on these forums doing their bidding.
