Also, not that EVE is very detailed in its releases but yeah they are giving the biomass to OILS in sort for free, with expectation to share the profit of the end product (see derivitives yet to be announced) which given derivatives sell higher is lilekly the best return eve will have seen on it's products ie greter than even Germany, unless it actually starts selling bathbombs and plants.
