Just a thought while we wait...

has anyone considered that the current market conditions/ over supply has already baked in the assumption that HC will rubber stamp the expansion licence?? I believe it's a for gone conclusion that it will. I would like to see some information on the German contracts...I.e. time lines.

I think we will move a bit more than you think upon expansion licensing. The licensing will "unlock" additional sales channels (Germany) that other LP's seem to be lacking. An LP trading in the 20 cent range that all of a sudden has 1 million square feet of growing capactiy and some bomb german contracts may attract some savvy investors.

That is how I see it just because you have 1.3m sq ft does not mean you have it sold like EVE does.

Rp, correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Eve has currently, way more production capacity and supply in storage than they will need for some time. Most LP's are shutting off and scaling back operations. We have to hope the German contracts are stink proof. Let's wait and see, I hope so!! Cheers

Then we have the bashing clown gang. Low life  genetically challenged scum who sit on this board all day spewing gibberish garbage. Be a much cleaner board if everyone puts them on ignore.

LOL do you even read the stuff you write or are you actually this dumb...........your parents should be smacked around to making you a by-poduct. You literally just said "THIS REALITY" as a response to a "SPECULATIVE" post.......S7 is assuming based on what the other f*ck job companies are doing.....they all got a boner too soon and jizzed all over themselves and now they' ...more

As far as current sales channels and sales history, it would seem they have enough product to last them a while. What we need to take into account is potentially other provinces opening their doors, as well as product required for 2.0 lines. So maybe they have an over supply or maybe they have an undersupply. I don't know, but thats the thing, no one knows. We can speculate all day. But I will ...more

Rp...common sense should dictate...please do a Google search on the subject, " current oversupply of MJ " in the Canadian market. This is NOT subject to speculation, it's a fact. On your other position..." 2.0", can you please direct me to any NR's that confirm what EVE's participation/partners are forthcoming?? Maybe I missed it. My position in EVE has not changed ...more

It really boils down to the details, unfortunately we are no privy to such information. As an example of caution, check out the high flying speculation and rumors on Hexo's " guaranteed" contract in Quebec, didnt really turn out even close. Details and facts are hard to get hold of BEFORE you put your bet down. Cheers

I highly doubt these agreements are anything close to the aphria-aleafia deal. The Eve deal seems to be hinged on them getting their full facility license (from what I gather). Then the bulk of the shipments start to take place. That being said, they should have a problem supplying them with the size of the facility EVE has. Aphria bongled the deal because they decided to sell their product to the ...more

NoVTX, nice rant. Factual, but still a bit disconcerting. The saving grace in this market of over supply (tongue in cheek) is that thank God, Milinda's brother has millions of additional sq ' of greenhouses to convert once EVE expands its foot in Canada...I have been assured that there will be limited competition in the German market...as a matter of fact there has been a total of almost ...more
