Mr. Buffet once told us the beat time to buy is in a time like now, when the market is crashing due to fear. Dumb money realizing losses or taking smaller gains than a month ago over fear. Once corona is gone in May, and a vaccine is approved by Winter, bye bye corona virus, hello money.
