The delay announcing this financing could have been
because initial discussions were with RBC to extend their financing?
As the knowledgeable have suggested, the RBC would decline, as their existing financing is now classified on Q3 as a current liability, Payment On Demand.
Where has Melly been hiding her money? Other bank, or did she cash in a low interest GIC for 10% Debenture? Who cares!

Like I always said, It was clear months ago that EVE needed financing. Noticing that there was never any financing in the works was a clear indicator that EVE can't get financing anywhere.
