....and it's looking bleaker by the day. Tomorrow will be just another bloodbath for this company.


Congratulations Meli and your ragtag bunch of misfits. What a great way for your investors to start the New Year. It's a double whammy. A new 52w low and a r/s. 

I would like to think that we have hit rock bottom but you fixed that with the r/s. Now you can screw up even more, if that's possible. 

Why don't you just step aside and let someone that knows what they are doing try to salvage whatever is remaining?

My sense of this dabacle is: The CFO looked at the accounting software to see what has transpired this month after coming back from holidays and saw a horrifying cash burn and they were in trouble.  He pushed the RED Button. Melinda, having the 1 for 10 in her back pocket pulled it out fast and have the RS by tomorrow, (this is much quicker than normal) and follow with a $5mm financing ...more
