Why the r/s and why now?

I'm relatively new to investing so I'm trying to understand why the company went ahead with the r/s now when this has been in Meli's back pocket since the annual meeting on June 26th?

What does the r/s accomplish at this point in time?

Looking at the companies last quarterly financials, who is going to be buying @ $0.40, $0.30 or even $0.20?

My instinct on this.... 1. Given certain loans in the last 3 weeks or so....loans that clearly show a HUGE and IMMEDIATE issue with cash...they did the 10/1 to try and raise some more cash by selling fresh EVE shares w/ Lucative warrants at a price well below whatever the SP settles at in the next little bit.  AND/OR... 2. If EVE fails at some point with or without #1....which effectively ...more

My opinion is we only have a 25% chance of EVE lasting long enough to publish the Q4/20. We do know the only "commercial sale" to Bavaria in 2020 was a measly 300 kgs split between Tilray and EVE.  At $2.50 per gram [my opinion] that's them splitting a $750,000 sale...so maybe a $375,000 invoice to Bavaria from each of them. That's PEANUTS compared to EVE's monthly ...more
