REAL ANSWERS on April 19?...General & Special Annual Meeting

Less than 60 days from now...we will know ACTUAL FACTs about EVE's Q4/20 [and 2020 fiscal year end].

Was Q4 the same kind of FISCAL DISASTER as Q3/20? Did EVE lose $4.22 million in Q4 too [like in Q3]?

What will/did RBC do about the WAIVER expiring in April on EVE's Debt Ratio?

EVE borrowed those 2 HIGH COST loans at end of 2020 because they needed cash. Is there any left?

Can't wait to see Trump spend all his ill-gotten gains & inheritance on lawyers [if he pays them...ask Rudi about that]. Then...he still GOES TO JAIL for tax fraud, etc....lol!  heHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHE

Don't start your anti Trump Bob.  You're a koolaid drinker if you're against Trump. You realize Biden are tens of millions richer since their back door deals with China.  You know the FBI have clear evidence against Bidens son Hunter along with evidence that Biden is the main man envolved and started with him VP for Obama.  How about the massive increase in net wealth ...more

Not surpised that Trump's wealth declined while in office. Leaving Donald Jr. and Eric to run things is a sure fire way to destroy your wealth. If he had stayed another 4 years as President he likely would have had nothing left.

My guess is revenue for the quarter will come in at $800k-1 million and RBC will extend the loan once more through Dec 31 '21. I also expect an announcement about state of German exports. RBC don't need the money, they want interest and if a token payment is made they will be happy. Does anyone honestly think that the company made all the effort to hire sales reps, distribute product, and ...more

Rock....my Pumper BS artist. So...you are predicting EVE will have a Profit of $800k-$1 mill in Q4? Revenue is normally used to describe sales...not Profit. If EVE only sold [Revenue] $800k- $1 million in Q4...super big trouble cuz that's peanuts...worse than Q3/20.
Comment by RockMaschine on Feb 24, 2021 11:58am
On the top line of the balance sheet I expect those numbers to be there or higher. Then subtract cost of sales for gross. I expect a total loss to be declared. The point I'm making that you won't acknowledge is the chance of RBC being kind and extending some more rope. I believe if EVE can show that sales are progressing at a pace in line with their 1 million sq feet RBC will not kick up a ...more

ROCK...you are one confused puppy. So...you are predicting EVE's total sales in Q4/20 will be $800k-$1 mill. And, you are right...that if total sales [Revenue] in Q4/20 is only $800k-$1 mill, then EVE will have a big LOSS in Q4. We will see actual #s by the April 19 Shareholders Annual & Special meeting...at least we should get them prior to the meeting...or why do it? If my posts that ...more

now you are catching on. Yes, a continued big loss. But we must agree that there are in fact products with EVEs branding on the shelf. Regardless of balance sheet state I am saying that alone is a big enough excuse for RBC to look the other way.
Comment by reallyBobbyZ on Feb 24, 2021 2:41pm
We don't know what RBC is going to do....but April 19 should give us way more info. RBC isn't going to be happy....but do they really want a 1,000,000 sq ft greenhouse in their custody?... and then have to dispose/auction? Tough place for RBC.
Comment by GhostOfGoldy on Feb 24, 2021 2:49pm
Bagholder Bobby, the Queen of spreading fear and doubt into this company...oh no, what will RBC do?!? Omg omg omg....
