WOW!...absolutely WOW!...what we didn't know.

I just skimmed through "The Application Records" for the CCAA action by EVE etc (Natural Medco is their owned "grower").

The "stuff" we never knew about....and I'm not sure why it wasn't materia/disclosed to shareholders....

April 9/21     RBC letter to EVE etc that tells EVE they are in default of     several key terms and RBC appoints BDO to look after RBC's interest. Also, RBC says EVE etc are in arrears to Canada Rev Agency for $162,000 HST and $508,697 Excise Tax. And RBC says Eve is in arrears to Enbridge for $780,901 and Hydro One for $208,761. This stuff is about a year ago and did retail shareholders hear a single word about it?

July 16/21 Hydro One gets a judgement against EVE etc for $945,588 for electricity arrears. A repayment "plan" is created. Why wasn't this disclosed? It was a legally binding judgement against EVE etc.

This is just the start of EVE's woes....if you have time, read the BDO info online....hundreds of pages of legal documents needed for the CCAA filing.
