Court lenghthens "Stay" in CCAA until Nov 30...possible Sale

On about Nov 7, The Court ordered a continued "stay" in the CCAA process until Nov 30 as there seems to be an offer to buy the worthwhile assets...property, greenhouse and maintain marijuana grow license.

It looks like all the worthwhile assets will be sold to a group called "M4 Group Holdings Inc". This group had the best offer of several parties that looked at Eve/Natural Medco in this CCAA process.

The "terms" of the potential sale are "Sealed" by court order until Nov 30.

Current retail shareholders will bear the brunt of this huge burn.
