it seems Kyle Wilkes set up VMS for the sole purpose of selling Biodex Equipment exclusively to VHA which appears to be the largest single market in the US. For Biodex.
Now SGMD will have one company solely dedicated to selling Biodex products exclusively for them, and it seems VMS is well connected with VHA.
I think this was a very well thought out deal that will pay off big for SGMD since the success of VMS is wholly dependent on selling a lot of Biodex product.
