I figure that, although there is a good chance that this will drift down as they burn up cash with nothing to show for it, there is also a chance that they find something somewhere. They have enough cash for a couple of years, if they don't get too crazy.
I would like to see some actual drilling in India, but that place is so corrupt and disfunctional I don't know if EW can get value out of it. I'd also like to see them bought out in an all-share deal with someone that can actually use the cash to create value.
Most of my investing is in companies that have predictable earnings growth and/or near-term potential, so EW is an anomaly for me.
