David Sidoo should hold a conference call to discuss the....deal, and answer shareholder questions. If anyone has access to, Sidoo maybe this topic could be brought up. Sali doesn't respond to me. I'd also like to see an analysis of this deal from Long Player,  Value Digger, or any other newsletter writer/analyst. If anyone here belongs to their premium sites maybe you could ask for their thoughts. I'd also like to know how many shares/percentage of company, Sidoo will own/control after/if the deal is consumated.

It's a given the cannabis sector is red hot right now, and growing dramatically. In fact, my brother is an  entrepreneur in this sector/Colorado based, and has twice met/dined with Vicente Fox (former President of Mexico) in a roundtable forum to discuss Fox's efforts to drive the agenda in Mexico.

Just to add, I think the opportunities for, Sidoo to promote the new Company is limitless. I think we're /could be on the ground floor of something that could explode dramatically/share price in a short period of time.
