Correct me if I'm wrong, but your analysis doesn't even take into consideration what our NEWCO holdings would be worth....correct? Just as an aside, I believe NEWCO will be sold at some point in time, which could be sooner that later if the price is right from both NIS, and possibly even TAG. I believe Sidoo will want a Cannibis only Company....keep it focused, and drive this Company to be a leader in this REDHOT sector.
