In my opinion, someone who historically hasn't protected the retail investor, isn't likely to do so in the future. Who says this person wouldn't try to develop a side deal with NIS/GAZPROM and try to screw us out of a fortune. Sound familiar. It still could be done, so ethically challenged folks need not apply for EW open BoD seats. I would rather have an experienced O&G person who relies on independent analysis, negotiate with NIS or any other company who might be interested in our Romanian assets. Remember if NIS doesn't give us a fair price now, we can remain their partners all the way through a fully developed field. Believe me by then NIS will wish they had bought us out now, because it will be far more expensive for them at that time.
