RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:It's Happening !!!!! - Phase 3Folks this resources is worth far more than 1 million. In fact, I would be insulted if we don't receive a significant offer from NIS when the decision to commercialize is communicated this month to EW's BoD for the following reasons: 1) NIS doesn't want to constantly to share drilling data and mgmt decisions with a junior partner and the gas and oil results are promising even before we look at Ex-2 & Ex-3. 2) the have already confirmed that for two wells in Ex-7 & 8 the results are at 150 b of oil /day. 3) NIS Tender #20258 on 6/15/2020 was looking for an driller / operator of 3 natural gas and 11 associated gas wells for Teremia North and South sites. In that tender they shared results from their Teremia 1000 and Teremia 1001. The Ter-1000 field was at 2246 to 2249 meters and Ter-1001 was between 2532 and 2546 meters. The tender was looking for an drller/operator for at least 5 years with a possible extension for 3 additional years. This tender also includes a pipeline to the electric generator(s) with electricity connecting to the Romanian electric grid. 4) If the offer is not at least 30 million US, I recommend that we remain their partners forever. That should scare them to offer something significant. EW has more than enough cash assets to hold on until the revenues start to come in. Our cost of each well would be 450,000 to 600,000. We can afford 11 wells without any additional revenues and surely by the time the 11th well is drilled, some additional revenues would be forthcoming from the first ones drilled. Bottom-line something good should be happening soon!
