It also has interests in over four blocks, Tria (EX-2), Balle Felix (EX-3), Periam (EX-7) and Biled (EX-8), which covers a total of approximately 4,079 square kilometers (1,007,500 acres) and are located in western Romania on the eastern margin of the producing Pannonian Basin.

Why would we be worried? clearly says in that article that Serbia isn't affected by the sanctions, aka NIS. In the worse case, the Serbian government was prepared to acquire Gazprom's stake in NIS. This is still a Serbian company and the project in Romania is going ahead, as stated in those news articles. EW owning 15% today is worth many times more than last year, especially with Europe
