What is EW worth besides 8 cents cash? Ideas?

Cash Q2 is 5.2 mln
Cash NZ deal when closed is 1 mln USD = 1.3 CAD
Total Cash is then 6.5 mln CAD
6.5 / 86 mln shares = 0.08 cents cash per share, liabilities cleaned with NZ deal.

-Then how much is any "shell" listed company worth?
-Then how much value do we add for Romania that NIS wanted to develop 3 years ago with lower gas and oil prices?
-How much value to add for potential deals with a public company loaded up with cash?

These are 3 questions to add to the cash value. Any ideas?
