RE:RE:Great article on Stock-Bashers and their pathetic employersSophia123 - My undrestanding is that a 5:1 consolidation shareholder yes-vote has been made at the AGM every year for at least 3 years now. It's a pretty standard thing in this market - and you likely already know that. but that hardly means the CURRENT board will EVER vote to actually do to do a roll-back.
But I also believe that it's a throw-back to the simple old-school solutions approach that the old BXX board had back when Elmer was CEO and EXG is not BXX anymore.
I am certain, you are not a EXG shareholder so you likely don't understand the true harm you are doing to innocent people with your misinformation. I am also certain that I could "check-mate you once again" on the 2 or 3 weak points that you constantly make on your 100+ repeating bash-posts (just as I did on the insider selling mis-info you posted).
Yes, I ate your lunch on that issue yesterday and your lack of (on topic) response to that post proves my point. It also tells me that you know I am right about much of what I am writing here.
Who you don't know at all is EXG's NEW CEO Jason Riley, but I do... That's why I consider Jason to be very skilled, very honest, and very creative and YES I do mean very skilled - you have no knowledge to make false accusations that Jason negotiated a bad deal on DOC. But insisting on this fact without any real knowedge of the deal only proves you are the paid-shill that many people say you are.
And in the end, what matters a lot more to any REAL shareholder who reads this is what those shareholders believe. And many of us know much more about EXG than what a paid basher and misinformation shill like you is ever paid to post.
As someone who is probably in a call center somewhere, you know the deep-truth in what I have been saying. You also know the truth about what counter-activists are saying about paid shills. I just feel sorry that you have chosen this path as a line of work, and I will make sure that your job of creating bash-posts and misinformation becomes very difficult moving forward.
So moving forward, do some REAL homework and you might even want to tell your employer that EXG is finally there -- because there are major existing shareholders who are not going to gat shaken loose, and in fact there are more than one of them that is looking to buy 5,000,000+ blocks right now.
And then once your boss gives you the signal... you can log in with one of your upside-aliases and start pimping stock up (yes I said "pimping" because that's what your employer is). But if they decide to wait another couple of months, I'm Ok with that because I'd still like to buy another 10,000,000 shares at 1.5¢ anyways.
I am certain you have no shares, but I'm certain your employer does. You already know all of this is truth because they wouldn't be paying you to bash the company as many times a week as you have been, for as long as you have been -- if they didn't like the assets of the company.
It's time to wake up and come clean Sophia123.
