Your employer's business model is of extorting companies like EXG to pay them "promotional fees" to get frauds like you to stop your bashing... but you already know that... I am writing this here so that others get informed.
My advice to you is that you should tell them this is not going to work for you any more and that you should be assigned to another company... because your employer will never make the money from EXG that they are making from bashing other companies on this BB.
