You will own shares in the newly named company but your shares will be consolodated on a 1 for 10 basis. That is if they go through with that figure. In other words, if you have 100,000 of EZ, you ...more

I admit i'm a newb when it comes to understanding this stock. If you own shares now of EZ, everyone is selling becuase they won't transfer to the new name and if you own like 30,000 shares ...more
