Instituitions know about this story...and are buying all day...look at Paradigm and Loewen are putting up big bids and buying at 500k shares look at the bids
WOW, everybody knows about this stock now, it's going through .20 in no time now.....see you guys at .25 and then .50
All the brokers I spoke to said target is .50 by x-mas :)
