- The audit/financial stmts have been with thepartners (ie. acct firm I guess) the last week. The acctg firm had a fewquestions for EZ (that I believe he said EZ was in the process of answering). Hesaid the audit is a more detailed forensic audit. I asked him why? He said thecompany is doing it this way as a prevenative measure. I guess because theirfinancial statements might be under more scrutiny now since they are late. Hesaid he was hopeful that the financial statements would be filed at the end ofnext week (that would be specfically April 30th).
