RE: BCSC Q&A

RE: BCSC Q&A
Question ?

Hello BCSC

Thank you so much for the prompt responce . I'm wondering how the cease trade orders in BC & Alberta effect the other provinces . Could you still sell shares on the OTC if you reside in Ontario ??

Thanks again ,
Dogger

Answer:

Thank you for contacting the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) again.

British Columbia is the principal regulator for Encore Renaissance Resources Corp. and reports in both British Columbia and Alberta. The TSX Venture Exchange has halted trading until the company files the required documentation to revoke the cease trade.

The OTC market is an exchange outside of Canada, therefore, you would be able to sell off your shares via the OTC market even if you reside outside the reporting jurisdictions.

If you need more help, please contact us again.
