So it appears that the company's main source of income is issuing shares.Consulting fees are paid to their amazing accountants that work the numbers so well that Michael is able to profit by buying high and selling low.Buddies are paid off by conning the shareholders into financing the buyout of their useless properties.Millions of dollars in expences for 5 guys with picks and shovels to dig

Regulators catch up - not likely as they are completing inept. EZ/CGW, SD & KOK have been do this for years all under the watchful eye (cough) of the regulators...I'd love to see a class action suit filed against the regulators for failure to protect or something along those lines.

King is right on this - a joke, and most certainly a scam. Its an outright lie that this property is" down for winter" its completely shut down by the ministry of mines for infractions. even if they had any money they couldnt do anything with it.  -stick a fork in this one, then next thing to go down here, is either the stock is delisted, and the courts will have the claim

I agree with you completely BigNick. And it's not this stock alone that does have me "jaded" on the TSXV.Those bums were supposed to have cleaned out the swindlers years ago but in reality, nothing has changed. EZ would never get away with this crap on the big board.Of course, I bought in knowing this all too well. And I'm really not bitter about it or even out very much money
