First Trust Multi Cap Value AlphaDEX Fund V.FAB

Primary Symbol: FAB

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of the Nasdaq AlphaDEX Multi Cap Value Index. The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in the common stocks that comprise the index. The index is designed to select value stocks from the NASDAQ US 500 Large Cap Index, NASDAQ US 600 Mid Cap Index and NASDAQ US 700 Small Cap Index that may generate positive alpha, or risk-adjusted returns, relative to traditional indices through the use of the AlphaDEX selection methodology.

RE: What is it going to take?

RE: What is it going to take?Like I may have mentioned, we should know the estimated reserves soon. Watch for a NR about issuing shares to Tenaka as per the agreement: "In the event that the proven and probable reserves in excess of 75 BCF of gas are established (all zones) on any or all of the Operator Lands, subject to TSXV approval Flying a Petroleum shall issue, in the name of Farmor, a number of fully paid and non-assessable common shares of Flying a Petroleum (the “Reserves Bonus”) equal to $200,000 divided by the Weighted Average Price on the date hereof." -- (NR from 2006-04-04) I hope we see that transaction soon. I am surprised we haven't seen it yet.
