First Trust Multi Cap Value AlphaDEX Fund V.FAB

Primary Symbol: FAB

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of the Nasdaq AlphaDEX Multi Cap Value Index. The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in the common stocks that comprise the index. The index is designed to select value stocks from the NASDAQ US 500 Large Cap Index, NASDAQ US 600 Mid Cap Index and NASDAQ US 700 Small Cap Index that may generate positive alpha, or risk-adjusted returns, relative to traditional indices through the use of the AlphaDEX selection methodology.

Criminal

CriminalAt what point is it deemed illegal for management to withhold information (good news) from the shareholders in order to drive down the price of a company? You see a lot of this in reverse, management withholding bad news in order to keep the share price high (Nortel, Enron) and those management teams got hammered. How long do we wait till we start an action? 6 months? 1 year? If the three wells are actually tied in, and gas is going to market, that information will have to be legally shared with us in the next quarter's statement... otherwise the regulators will need to get involved.
