First Trust Multi Cap Value AlphaDEX Fund V.FAB

Primary Symbol: FAB

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of the Nasdaq AlphaDEX Multi Cap Value Index. The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in the common stocks that comprise the index. The index is designed to select value stocks from the NASDAQ US 500 Large Cap Index, NASDAQ US 600 Mid Cap Index and NASDAQ US 700 Small Cap Index that may generate positive alpha, or risk-adjusted returns, relative to traditional indices through the use of the AlphaDEX selection methodology.

RE: Reserves and the Current Share prices

RE: Reserves and the Current Share pricesI'm a little worried about liquidity in the first couple of days trading the new shares. Sometimes these 'new issues' get messed up at the broker level and we lowly shareholders don't get the new shares for a few days. I hope this opens higher than Rubles calculations at present share value, but that's the price the market is willingto pay, at least the small fraction of the market that even knows about this. We need some PR. Are we not still paying some PR firm $5000 a month. Wyn is paying the same group $5000 a month... is Big Horn paying $5000 a month too? I heard the PR firm was a bogus entity run by a relative of one of the three amigos. Does anyone know if that's true? With a little PR we might be able to generate some interest in our three amigos... maybe get the SP up where is should be. I'm going to dig through Q2 and see if there is a $15,000 charge, and follow up on this. That is our money that is being wasted!
