RE: RE: This news item begs the question...You're bang on orepass. I had discussed this point with IR quite a few weeks back. Management was discussing whether or not adding more properties would convey the message that they weren't as confident in the Nueva California property....this was long before the first drill in the current program hit the ground. They've been assessing different properties that they deemed to be attractive for a long time now.
I wouId think if they came across a property that they feel has significant potential they would want to pursue it come hell or high water before someone else jumps in front of them in the queue. In this gold market environment, why would you want to take a chance on that - there are others sniffing around in Peru.
Adding properties thereby increasing shareholder value and future potential....that's the way to go. This is not a one-trick pony - that was never the plan.
My belief is what you have now is a company that has acquired two very alluring properties with fantastic potential. As stated before, these guys know Peru geology - maybe better than anybody exploring in the area.
And they won't stop there. I'm sure they're assessing more properties right now and will continue to do so on an on-going basis.
What do I see in the future for this company? Big big things.....
