PFS Delivered!Dec 30, 2015 Focus Delivers Bayovar 12 Prefeasibility Study to Joint Venture Partners
December 30, 2015; Vancouver, Canada: Focus Ventures Ltd. (TSXV:FCV, "Focus" or the "Company") is pleased to report that it has received the Prefeasibility Study (PFS) for the Bayovar 12 phosphate project in northern Peru. The PFS has been delivered to the minority shareholders and vendors of the Bayovar 12 concession before the end of 2015 as per the joint venture agreement, thus avoiding any penalty payments.
Management is currently working to summarize the PFS technical information which will be announced shortly.
